It is center and clean
We thought that it is a hotel complex. The name is misleading

The location was good for getting to places central in Tirana. The stay was cheap too. It was generally clean too.
No staff , no reception it's just a room you have access to which they send you by code. No daily housekeeping or new towels toilet paper etc.
There is a bar/club playing loud music on the same level as the rooms in the building. And on the outside alot of traffic noise and construction. Shampoo dispenser was broken off the wall and just left on the ground as was the soap dispenser for hand wash.
No ironing board , tea/coffee, safe etc in the room either.

It’s close to the city centre and you can walk everywhere
It’s so loud and noisy. You hear the club and the cars outside. Hard to sleep
