We booked the 22m2 room with Garden view for 1 week. The first days we stayed in 1 room in which it was facing directly a construction work, it was so loud in the morning. We complained about it and luckily we got to change into a better room. Overall the staffs are very nice and responsive in any case. Both rooms are clean and very prepared. The location is perfect to walk around the old town, not the best for a car to be inside but we dont have any issue with that.

Staff very helpful, welcoming and courteous.Room is big and appeared to be newly renovated with all amenities.
It is very accessible to all tourist attractions. There are several cafes and restaurants very near by. Tram stop 10 minutes walk to go to airport. Grocery supermarket BIM 5 minutes walk. Liquor shop two minute walk
It is safe place and quite at night. I recommend this hotel both solo and family.
