This was definitely a unique experience and was perfect for a quick visit to Grand Rapids for a work trip. You can walk to shops, amenities are all around, I was 4 minutes from the office and street parking was free and abundant. This was very similar to an Airbnb experience, self check-in and out without the list of tasks to do. The room was clean, bathroom was clean and the room had adequate supplies and a steamer, which was super convenient. It’s great if you need a quiet place to stay without any fuss.

The property is very unique with 5 beautiful “hotel rooms” and a gorgeous common area downstairs for meetings or gatherings. It suited our needs perfectly.

There were plenty of restaurants earby and within walking distance. I was worried about the parking but it was not crowded and I easily parked right across the street for free. My room did not have a window (which was OK) or desk. A small desk would have been the only improvement I'd suggest.

Very easy to check in and out. Clean, tidy, and great setup in the downstairs area.
