Great management great property clean and staff

I did not like the front office staff saying that the check out is at 10:30 AM. The website and my reservation on Expedia had it as 11:00 AM.
Even a five star hotel does not say 10:30 check out. Misleading information pressurizing me to check out by 10:30

I love staying here, the staff is always so helpful and friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and clean and each one has its own a/c which is very nice! Tons of amenities and nearby shops & restaurants!
