I absolutely loved this place. It is exactly as the pictures show. It is not a traditional garden apartment with low ceilings. It is bright and full of sun with 10 foot ceiling and is a very upscale renovation! Location is so convenient and having a dedicated parking space is wonderful as most of Savannah charges for parking everywhere. Only a half block from Kroger and a 4 block walk to Forsyth Park makes the location super convenient as the hop on and off trolley has a stop right at the park. The reason I gave it a good rating rather than excellent is the bed. It is only a double. I did not catch that when booking otherwise I would have passed. The bed is only suitable if you are the only one sleeping in it. Not sure why they did not spring for a least a queen considering how nice the reno is. This was a major drawback for us. It does have a sofa bed too but it is very uncomfortable. My husband and I had to sleep separately with one taking the couch and the other the bed. Also if you are a light sleeper, the windows do not have blackout curtains so there is a lot of street light at night. The pool is not really an advantage here. Located on Tybee Island which is more than 30 minutes away, only available from 10a-5p AND does not include free parking. Tybee Island does not offer tourist parking discounts. 4 bucks an hour or 25 bucks a day….and the island is so busy that parking is impossible. That said, we still enjoyed our time here.

Property was clean and everything is as shown in the photos

This was a beautiful place. Just a mile walk or less to most of the main historical district. Everything was as shown in the listing, and ready when we got there. Had no issues but received several texts from Southern Belle making sure all was to our liking.

The property was clean and easy to access, it was also in a great location for us.
