The place is very comfortable and spacious. It has “almost” everything one needs. It was very cleaned, good lighting, nice little balconies and I like the location.

There was not a hub, nor an Air fryer which is a shame being so close to the market.

Very clean and comfortable

Nothing

Location was super. Very close to the market and old town.

The property has been finished to a high standard. It’s very comfortable. But I don’t think the shower in the bedroom works too well, the door didn’t fully close so we had a lot of water on the floor to deal with after. Also just little touches like having a small soap dish to put the soap that you supplied in, after opening. Overall though the property is pristine.

The accommodation is in good location, easy to reach Old Town, beach and all the attractions. We had the room with jacuzzi, nice and modern suite, bed was comfortable. We were able to leave our languages with the reception at Calle Vicente no 30. Quick and effective communication with the host, room was clean.

Despite the positive aspects, I do not recommend staying in this accommodation as the noise from the main street and Mercado Central will not allow you to sleep. The double glazing windows are not the best and you feel like you are sleeping right on the street. I believe this is a very important aspect when you are on a holiday to be able to rest at night after being out exploring the whole day. There was mould on the bathroom ceiling and clear sign of water leak. Unfortunately we will not consider this accommodation again.
