L'ospitalità dell'host ti fa sicuramente sentire a tuo agio. I servizi offerti sono come nelle descrizioni. Ottima anche la posizione se ci si vuole spostare verso i Lidi senza trovare troppa gente. Comodo anche per esplorare la bellissima cittadina di Comacchio

No soundproof room

loved the location and the room , fan was provided , was silent and good living space . Breakfast was the highlight - yummy brioche and homemade jams and Nutella and juices and good coffee and tea . The signora was pleasant and helping . Her brother was kind and helped us check-in .

On the app the timings of checkout was until 12, so we booked the property , but the household reminded us that timings of checkout are by 11 .

Agreeable "family house" nearby is old part of Comacchio (Treponti) with restaurants and supermarket Coop. Spacious common living roam, free café, common fridge, kitchen more likely for preparation of sweet breakfast in the price, salted with +5E/person (no needed). Parking on the quiet street without probleme.

Kitchen is not common (for clients ordinary use), without cooking pots etc, cutlery, plates, cups and glasses available.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The house and the room are huge and very comfortable. Loved the fact of having a balcony. The house and everything there were very clean. I didn't avail of the breakfast as I usually don't eat mornings, but there was a good selection considering that is a B&B. They kindly offered me to pack some food for later. It's been a very enjoyable experience in that B&B. Also, restaurants in town served lovely and tasty food.

There was nothing I didn't like.
