We have stayed in the apartment a few times, very clean, great location. Easy to find and access. Good size accommodation, bathroom was very good.

OK a few things here, the apartment is noisy, you need to be aware that you are staying overlooking a pub beer garden / smoking area. You cannot hear the pub music etc but you do have the people talking, shouting and drinking underneath the window (secondary double glazing would solve this). You are also overlooking a public car park and bin collection overnight from restaurant and pub. So there is noise overnight from this. For us this is all manageable. The cost is now a big issue. We have stayed before a number of times (for Goodwood revival) the price has increase 50% per year on year (this year it is 40% more for the same accommodation). We will not stay here again as the condition of the apartment (bed comfort etc), the noise and the facilities within the apartment are just not worth the price. It is a great place, a little noisy but now way too expensive.

Really well presented and had great facilities. Towels were luxury and the bed was really comfortable. Great location for accessing Arundel.

The location above a restaurant meant there was some noise in the evening and staff smoking out by the back door could be heard and smelled with the windows open. The fridge below the external stairs running all night and people coming and going from the car park meant we needed ear plugs. And the description said the property has parking. It doesn’t. Parking cost over £10 per day which wasn’t made clear in the booking description.

Excellent Studio and Excellent location.

The property is very clean and comfortable and location perfect. Just a shame about the noise, but may not be a problem to most, we live in a quiet location.

Very noisy, Red lion pub next door has a lot of noise and some noise can be heard from the Steakiest below. At some points it seemed as there was people in the room with us as coughing and banging could be heard right behind the bed head. The restaurants freezer is just outside the door and makes noise, beeping when door is opened which is regular when the restaurant is open. People leaving the pub were loud and then proceeded to hang out in the car park at the location, and then spinning wheels when leaving. We were awoke again at 1.30 with more load noise in the car park. Once again awoken at around 6.15 with recycling lorry collecting bottles from the pubs… Also we’re left with only 6 sheets of loo paper, so needed to pop out and buy some. No drama but a basic thing that is supplied in any hotel.
