The apartment was clean, modern, comfortable and beautifully maintained. The location was excellent and made it easy to get around Cape Town. I also really appreciated the views, the peaceful atmosphere and how well-equipped the apartment was

Perfect central location and within walking distance of everything a city based tourist/visitor would need. Security, concierge & processes on point. Clean, contemporary and efficient space with all you need. Perfect for a business stay or a base to access all cape town has to offer.

Location means it gets a little loud but not out of what you'd expect for a city centre flat

I stayed here for over a week for some vacations and a conference at the CTICC. The apartment had everything you could need, from kitchen essentials to bathroom supplies. I used both the clothes washing machine and the dishwasher, and both detergents were supplied. The bed was comfortable. The TV had Netflix. The building felt really safe with security at the entrance and facial recognition to enter the building. The location was really good, being in one of the main streets. There were supermarkets (Pick n Pay, Checkers, and Woolworths) close by, and I felt safe to walk there and back with groceries, even in early nightfall. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe walking in the main streets, to the supermarkets, to the CTICC, and to the waterfront. After nightfall, I didn't feel the walk to CTICC was safe enough and took an Uber. I really recommend this place and would stay again.

The showerhead was on the ceiling, so it was a bit hard not to wet my hair. There was some noise during the night from the street and inside the building. Although, it didn't bother me much. Small details that wouldn't stop me from booking again.
