Lovely property with an amazing view of the lake. Nice cafe next door and close walk to the lake front with many restaurants. Owner was very responsive and helpful

Special location at historical square right next to a church and small restaurant with amazing views to the lake. Apartment has been totally renovated and soundproofed so there was total privacy despite the busy restaurant next door. Great apartment for a few nights stay.

Parking was a challenge because of the narrow streets. Getting used to the spiral staircase and bathroom without a door took some time. Bedside table with reading light would have been nice.

The view and location was incredible, the dream you visualize before visiting lake Como. The facilities were modern and comfortable. A wonderful bar/restaurant and Gelateria just under your door to enjoy everything Italy has to offer. Moltriaso is quiet with little to no tourists.

Extra pillows would have been convenient, as well as some coffee and milk to enjoy a cup on the balcony. Extra toilet paper as one roll was a bit tight.

Location is not what do you want on your trip to Como. Specially if you are travelling around with laggauge. The privacy of the toilet is an issue.

The view was amazing, nice area with a local full of life small restaurant. Decent facilities. Tip for guests...use the restaurant wifi.

In the bedroom floor heating is needed. The AC is not sufficient. No door/privacy at the bathroom ( same room with the bedroom)
