Staff went out of their way to help ensure our stay was exceptional and the food was great. Big breakfast too.
Needed to be driven from the hotel because it was so far away but the location added to the tranquility and staff were happy to drive us to the South Gate and pick us up whenever we needed

What an amazing hotel! The view and the location are just unbeatable. The rooms are great and the host and staff are very welcoming! They helped us with all the booking and entrance tickets and organized shuttles and drivers. Their tips were invaluable! This was our favorite hotels during our China travel in 2026!

The staff were so lovely and accommodating to ensure we had all we needed for the time spent in Zhangjiajie. The room had perfect views towards the karsts. Expansive windows giving amazing views.
Staff attended to our Laundry, provided amazing foods for breakfast and dinner. (We went out for dinner 1 night and realised, just stay at the hotel for food, the cooks are great!)
That we had to leave.

We stayed in the hotel for 3 days and from the moment of our arrival Daisy, the receptionist, has been extremely helpful and available to assist us. She explained how to reach the different attractions and provider us with a well planned itinerary for our 3 days.
Without her, our experience of Zhangjiajie would have been completely different and even more difficult!
