Aurum Hotel

Aurum Hotel is a beautiful, brand-new property. Everything was modern and exceptionally clean, our room was comfortable, and we had a lovely view. The pool was a great addition as well. The hotel is about a 10–15 minute drive from Dhërmi, but we actually enjoyed being a little removed from the busier areas. Overall, the property itself is beautiful and has a lot of potential.

The service still felt like it was finding its footing. Everyone was pleasant, but the overall experience lacked some of the hospitality and attentiveness we experienced elsewhere in Albania. Service at the restaurant was quite slow even when it wasn’t busy. At breakfast, no drinks were offered. They were available when we asked, but small touches like proactively offering them would make the experience feel much more polished and welcoming. Also worth noting that there is no elevator, but they did offer to carry our luggage for us.

Heerlijk relaxed hotelwaar je helemaal zen kunt worden! Fantastische kamer (mega groot met zeezicht!). Het zwembad, ontbijt & diner! Zeer vriendelijk & behulpzaam personeel!

The property is brand new and the rooms are very nice and well maintained. The restaurant and the pool area are the highlights thanks to the breathtaking view. Finally, the staff is very welcoming and helpful.

Only little issue with the shower flooding the bathroom but nothing that bad.

Aussicht und Frühstück war toll! Pool war sehr kalt aber schön.

Personal war mässig freundlich. Wir checkten Ein, am gleichen Abend nahmen wir noch eine kurze Dusche (5min max). Das GANZE Bad bis vor die Tür war unterwasser. Wir meldeten dies sofort dem Hotel. Die meinten, ah ja das eissen Sie sie haben 3 Zimmer mit d Problem wo sie sonst momemtan nicht vermieten. Wir fragten ob wir das Zimmer wechseln könnten, da wir 3 Nächte dort waren und nicht bei jeder Dusche ein plantsch Bad wollten. Das Hotel schlug uns ein anderes (grösseres) Zimmer vor, welches aber noch nicht gereinigt wurde und mehr als abstellkammer genutzt wurde. Wir blieben schlussendlich in unserem und hatten viele Tücher und einen Mop für den Boden. Das Hotel sieht super schön und luxuriös aber die Qualität der Verarbeitung (Zimmer wie auch Hotel) oder der Mitarbeiter ist naja…
