Staying here feels like stepping into another world, where life moves at the slower, gentler pace of rural China. It's a family-run place, and everything happens at a rhythm that couldn't be further from the hustle and bustle of China's big cities. The wooden interiors create such a warm, peaceful atmosphere, and the kindness of the gentleman who runs the place is truly exceptional. He's always ready to help in any way he can, going above and beyond despite the language barrier. The two days we spent here were magical. The home-cooked dinners, the views over the rice terraces lit up at night, and that wonderful feeling of being a little cut off from the rest of the world made our stay incredibly special. It's the kind of place that really allows you to slow down and experience the atmosphere and beauty of this part of China. A truly memorable stay.
