La struttura è veramente bella, il personale è molto gentile. La colazione intercontinentale con qualunque opzione mi ha dato gioie. Pensavamo di uscire dalla struttura ma alla fine abbiamo deciso di cenare e pranzare sempre in struttura e devo dire che i prezzi non sono stati cari, oltre che tutto di ottima qualità. Ci sono tutti i confort (ci siamo pure allenati in palestra nei due giorni di soggiorno) e in spiaggia le sdraio sono sotto stupendi alberi all'ombra. Credo sia un posto per chi vuole andare lì e rilassarsi senza fare troppi giri. Anche la spiaggia molto bella. Poi, forse perchè era settembre, l'ambiente era veramente rilassante e mai caotico anche nei momenti dei buffet.

Non ci sono tende oscuranti, praticamente se non avessi avuto la mascherina per gli occhi per me dormire sarebbe stato non molto confortevole. Mi metteva un po' ansia il vetro/porta che divideva la doccia e il wc dal bagno ma va bene. Forse metterei uno stendino nel balconcino per i custumi bagnati.

The hotel was okay overall. The room was a good size, the beds were comfortable and everything was clean, although it is a little outdated and neither the rooms nor the complex really have much of a wow factor. That said, we slept really well and the beds were very comfortable. We actually chose this hotel largely because of the pool. It’s a huge pool, which obviously makes it difficult to maintain, but unfortunately we didn’t find it particularly pleasant to swim in by the afternoon. There are a lot of crows around the pool area, so throughout the day feathers and bird droppings end up in the water. We only noticed someone attending to the pool a couple of times during the day. While it is obviously treated and cleaned overnight, we think a pool of this size really needs one or two people dedicated to keeping it clean throughout the day. The gym, on the other hand, is pretty good. The equipment is new and there is certainly enough there to keep fit. We enjoyed using it. The staff are also lovely and genuinely can’t do enough for you. If anything, they can be a little overattentive at times — you barely put your fork down before someone swoops in to take your plate away! But they are friendly, helpful and clearly trying very hard to look after their guests. Unfortunately, the most disappointing part of our stay was the food. Breakfast was pretty good with a large selection, although if you’re vegetarian or have particular dietary requirements, the choices become much more limited. Lunch and dinner were a completely different story. We ate at the hotel twice and after that decided not to eat there again. The food simply wasn’t good. Several dishes arrived cold or barely warm, including the chips and soup, and the tuna was badly overcooked. We also wondered whether some of the à la carte dishes may have been coming from the buffet, although obviously we can’t know that for certain.

Der Pool war sehr gepflegt und sehr gross.Der Strand war sauber,leider gab es viele Sandflöhe und laute Musik von einem nahegelegenen öffentlichem Strand.Das Zimmer war sehr sauber ,vielen dank an Jérom der jeden Tag eine neue Bettdekoration gestaltet hat

Das Frühstück war sehr mittelmässig. Am ersten Morgen hat man uns altes Gebäck aufgetischt sowie übersüssen Fruchtsaft aus der Dose.Dies hat man dann auf unsere beschwerde hin durch neues Gebäck ersetzt.Am ersten Abend hatten wir das Menü wo leider der Thunfisch ausgetrocknet war. Wir fanden das Personal auch eher aufdringlich. Es gab keinen schönen Sitzplatz wo man gemütlich am abend ein Apero geniessen konnte,wir fanden das ganze Ambiente eher steril.Von unseren 4 Reisen in Sri Lanka ist dies das erste Hotel das uns nicht gefallen hat.
