Everything about our stay was wonderful. The location was perfect and in walking distance for anywhere you could want to go. The boutique hotel experience was very comfortable and the staff was incredible.

This was one of the best vacations I have ever experienced. The staff, especially Gary, went above and beyond to make the stay great. The room was amazing. The breakfast was top notch. If you go to Cartagena, this is where you should stay.

We loved staying at Palmas de Alba! In fact, we stayed there twice during our visit to Colombia, on either side of a visit to the Rosario Islands. The hotel staff held our larger luggage for us while we packed smaller bags for the island, which was a huge convenience and greatly appreciated.
The hotel rooms are charming with beautiful decor and all linens are clean, bathrooms are spotless, and everything smells fresh despite the challenges of a hot humid climate. The hotel is well-located in the walled city so we walked everywhere other than the airport. The hotel feels secure, and staff know all the guests.
I would highly recommend Palmas de Alba for your trip to Cartagena!
