The room cleaning could be improved, as it did not meet expectations. Additionally, basic amenities such as toothbrushes were not provided, which was disappointing.

Great hotel, the staff in all areas were excellent, Wonderful selection of food and drinks. Bus stop outside the hotel which travels to the shopping areas of Protaras, Ayia Napa and beyond.

This hotel is wonderful the staff are the reason why this hotel deserves the best review possible. From the lovely ladies on reception who could not do enough for you Aglaia and the lady who printed off my urgent documents as well as the cleaners, and the restaurant staff. I would like to make special for Maria from Frenaros a wonderful young lady who service with a smile and personal service went beyond what is expected of a hotel restaurant.
