The location was brilliant, a nice easy walk from the station. The video to show us how to get in was really helpful. The place was safe, well equipped and easy to use. The bed was comfortable and it had all the items we needed.
There didn't seem to be a light that worked in the main space. This was fine when the shutters were down, but tricky when it was dark.
