Everything is new. The location was very good.

In the afternoon you can't go outdoors because it is incredibly hot. There is an umbrella at the terrace but this is not nearly close to having good shades. No crib as well. The property is not suitable for families with very small kids.

We had a very pleasant stay. The location is very good, with quick access to the beach, and the house is welcoming, comfortable and equipped with everything necessary for a successful stay. The yard is well-kept, and the host was very kind and provided us with all the information we needed. As small aspects that could be improved, the extendable part of the sofa should be fixed on both sides so that it does not move, the coffee table in the living room that was damaged by previous guests if it can be fixed, and under the bed/sofa a more careful cleaning would have been needed. There are small details that I am sure can be easily fixed and that would contribute to an even better experience. I recommend the property, we felt very good and we appreciated this property for its location, comfort and the hospitality of the host.

Die Lage des Häuschens war gut, das nächste Dorf war schnell erreichbar. Es gab ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten, und die beiden Klimaanlagen funktionierten sehr gut. Die Nachbarn waren sehr nett.

Die Sauberkeit war nicht gut. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren dunkel gehalten, sodass man das Gefühl hatte, sie seien nicht richtig gewaschen und nicht hygienisch rein. Das Badezimmer war in einem unzumutbaren Zustand. Der Abfluss war voller Haare und völlig verstopft, sodass wir die Haare selbst entfernen mussten. Unter den Betten lag sehr viel Staub, und auch der Grill im Parkplatzhof war stark verschmutzt. Die Terrasse hatte keine Überdachung. Dadurch staute sich von mittags bis abends die Hitze, und man fühlte sich wie in einem Hitzekessel. Eine sinnvolle Nutzung war so nicht möglich. Die Balkonmöbel waren nicht zufriedenstellend und sollten ersetzt werden. Die Betten waren nicht besonders bequem, die ausziehbaren Zusatzbetten waren von geringer Qualität, und die Couch war ausgeleiert. Zu guter Letzt gab es keine Spülmaschine, und im Badezimmer fehlte Handseife. Ich habe die Vermieterin darauf hingewiesen, sie ging jedoch nicht darauf ein. Dabei wäre es selbstverständlich gewesen, eine neue Tube bereitzustellen. Das fand ich sehr enttäuschend.
