Lage ist gut. Wohnung soweit sehr gut. Einrichtung modern und zweckmäßig. Küche gut bestückt.

In der Küche fehlten funktionierende Steckdosen, so dass Haushaltsgeräte in derKüche nicht benutzt werden konnten. Schlüsselübergabe in gedrängtem Klima. Die Dame hatte kaum Zeit und erklärte wenig. Sie gab uns falsche Informationen zur Müllentsorgung. Bei der Abreise kam eine andere Dame und bedeutete, dass wir um 2 Minuten zu spät aus der Wohnung gehen würden, obwohl wir auf diese Dame zuvor gewartet hatten. Diese Frau war ziemlich unfreundlich und wiederholte die Falschinformationen zur Müllentsorgung.

Everything about our stay (family of 4 adults, for 3 nights) was outstanding. Host Rinata was very proactive about contacting me, which was fab. She offered transport advice for us to get to Venice from the airport and when she heard we had been up super early and were operating on 2 hrs sleep, she kindly offered us an early check in so we could rest - so appreciated 🥰 She met us at the property and talked us through the features at the apartment, leaving us a welcome gift of local biscuits (which were YUM!). The apartment itself was very comfortable - great beds and pillows so we all had a great sleep every night, iron and ironing board, coffee machine and coffee - everything we needed! The neighbourhood was lovely and quiet and we spent a day just wandering around, getting lost and taking photos 🥰 There was a lovely restaurant just downstairs, along with a gift shop, tobacconist and coffee/wine bars - all proprietors were very friendly. It felt like a very authentic Venetian neighbourhood and we loved it ❤️ 8 mins walk to Rialto Bridge, then about the same to Piazza San Marco. Restaurants and cafes/wine bars were plentiful and navigation was easy. It was a quick 5 min walk from the San Stae vaporetto stop so easy to get to. Only thing I would mention is that there are 2 flights of steep stairs from the street up to the apartment, so keep that in mind 😊

Absolutely nothing. Everything was 10/10 - we didn't want to leave!

Taking care of garbage; i stayed 2 nights, I can do it for 2 nights, but also the property could handle it for just 2 nights of garbage; especially since you can't throw away the trash on Sunday. If I stayed for a month I would understand it. Add a few bucks to the payment and take out tenant’s trash. No dish washing machine. I hate doing dishes at home, let alone in vacantion.

The location of the apartment was excellent, right on the bank of the canal. The apartment is large and spacious. In front of the building, there is a cafe and a restaurant. From this location, you can walk around Venice in all directions.

The cleanliness of the apartment is not up to standard. It could be significantly cleaner, particularly in the bathroom and kitchen. We faced a major issue with the shower because the instant flow water heater was not functioning properly. The water was either completely cold or extremely hot, making showering a frustrating experience. Additionally, the air conditioner in the living room is very noisy and vibrates, which can be felt in the bedroom. The second air conditioner is located in the corridor and is intended to cool two rooms, but this creates a problem when the doors to those rooms are closed. With a repair of the boiler, air conditioner and a thorough cleaning, the apartment could be a perfect 10.
