The host Rafaella was very helpful and accommodating, arranging to meet us as we arrived and giving us a great tour/guide of the apartment. She also checked in with us after a couple of days to ensure we had everything we need. The apartment was very well set up and had everything you could need for your stay. The apartment itself is beautiful and away from the main tourist areas which was nice to get away to after a day in the centre of the city. The local area has a variety of shops, cafes and bars mainly frequented by locals which was a very welcome alternative to the tourist hot spots. There is a local bus a short walk away to get into town, walking is not too far either. Would definitely recommend and already have to several friends back home. Will use again if/when I return to Tuscany. Ciao!

Everything, the terrace is a lovely place for dinner in the heat, bus to town is simple and everything is close.

AC was good but due to heatwave it’d be nice for more but the host did go buy an extra fan for us so hard to complain.

Its a great cozy loft with two bedrooms, a bit out of centre but we bike anywhere in 10-20 minutes so not a problem
