Sard K Suites

Very nice, comfortable, and just steps away from the main street. Close to restaurants, bakeries, shops, museums, and even pharmacies.

The style of the renovation was modern, and the woodwork was exceptional. Location was quiet, yet conveniently close to the main pedestrian area for restaurants and shopping. Staff was quickly available to resolve issues. A great place to stay before or after a sailboat charter out of Lefkas.

Someone had smoked in one of the suites before we arrived, which was unpleasant, and it took a long time to air out the suite to be able to stay in it comfortably. There were problems with the plumbing, probably related to this being a renovation of an old building. The sink was not secured to the countertop in the bathroom. The showers took a long time to drain, and the plumbing stack was either partially blocked, or not properly vented. The rooms were not quite finished, with bare wires poking out of ceilings and walls in places. There were no towel racks in the bathrooms, or anywhere to put shampoo etc, other than on the floor. The kitchen was missing some cups, knives and forks, but these were provided within 24 hours once we asked.
