Location is great, apartment is nicely maintained, clean and retains lovely historic character. It’s also very large and would comfortably sleep quite a few people on all the fold out couches and beds as long as privacy is not a big concern. The bed was hard, we didn’t find it uncomfortable but some might. Yes you have to bend down into the hall that leads to the bathroom but it’s really not an issue.
It would have been nice to have a sponge for washing dishes. We bought our own. Nothing else negative to say.

The vibe of Apartment is uncredible! You really fill that century. The location is perfect. It is not in the center. but you spend 5 min and you are near Ponte Vecchio.
The instructions were clear. I just suggest to send them in English too. It will be easier to use. But the present method is doable too.

Very central location close to Ponte Vecchio. Very responsive landlord/property manager. Easy instruction for check-in/out. Full facility for a short stay
The bathroom is located on the mezzanine floor. People staying on the loft level have to pass the bed on the mezzanine floor to reach the bathroom which is very inconvenient. The gas boiler is exposed in the bathroom which raises gas safety concern. The toilet gives a heavy noise after each use. The apartment feels darker than how it appears in the pictures. There aren't enough blankets for the extra bed
