The location can’t be beat! Really lovely part of town, pretty close to stations, really close to Regency Cafe. Layout of the place is nice- very clean and welcoming. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was very well-stocked with cups and dishes.
It really needs some TLC. Not major reno work necessarily, but repairing the windows (ropes are fraying), fixing the soap fixtures in the bathroom (breaking under weight of the soap), replacing the broken fan in the front room, ensuring that both bedroom doors can close as one physically cannot shut as it doesn’t fit into the frame.
The stairs were a bit uneven, and it was hard to notice due to the carpeting.

Location great. Prompt communication with owners.
Lack of cleanliness and very dated decor. Stains on furniture, dust in corners. Dust all over fans and hairdryer - looks like they’ve never been cleaned. Dishwasher over-flowing so unusable. Shower door very narrow.
