King Room Getaway Gravity Haus Steamboat, Skiing Fun, Restaurant On-Site

The hotel also did not have a real breakfast, despite the check-in clerk saying they did. There was also no room service, though that was not advertised, but most hotels with a kitchen do offer room service. There was also a 100 charge at check-in that was not communicated - I assume this was a deposit for room charges that I would get back at checkout, but it was never refunded, so I am currently on hold with the Gravity Haus waiting for an explanation listening to an incredibly annoying repeating message. The only positive experience was that the pet fee was waived at check-in when I did not realize there was one, though it was listed.

Fabulous location, friendly staff and great in-house restaurant and bar

Had a great stay, thanks!

Check in was easy, the staff was professional. The on site restaurant was closed during our visit, this was a surprise, no mention of this until after check-in. And there was also no cable tv service in the room, again not notified of this, until after entering our room, and went to the front desk to ask. I expected more out of the room, being a "Gravity Haus" resort, but the room seemed very old, and "put through its paces", as well as, small. Also, the A/C barely got the room cold, as it seemed the fan didnt blow any different switching fan speeds. Definitely, not the experience that is described. Sorry
