Quite central in Paris, 500m from the metro in a not too touristic area.
The apartment is comfortable enough, and the two bathrooms/toilets was great for a family.
Supermarket, bakeries, café at walking distance.
Safe with kids and family.
It's on the ground floor, with tinted windows but still visible if lights are on, so the drapes were always shut.
The walls are thin, and the outside doors and windows don't isolate from street noise.
Furnitures are Ikea-like, so it's okay but some things were falling off.

Bien situé.
Parfois bruyant le matin.
