Met expectations. Quite cheap for the location. The bed is not the most comfortable but, we had everything we needed and we were 10min away from one of the main underground stations. For the price we paid was a great bargain, if you are in a budget go for it! If you expect more comfort and luxury it is not for you. We were happy with it. Easy check-in and check-out. Convenience store just next to the building

There is no lift, and we were not made aware of this before our arrival. Having to carry two heavy suitcases up three flights of narrow stairs was quite a nightmare. I don’t recall this being mentioned in the booking information, and I believe this is something that should be clearly communicated to guests in advance, especially those travelling with heavy luggage. Please take this into consideration, as it would have made a significant difference to our stay.

Good value basic accommodation, very clean, good facilities. The instructions for locating the property and checking in/out were very good.

The location is on a noisy road, which is disturbing if you are not used to this. The stairs are narrow and awkward with a suitcase.

Die Lage sowie die Ausstattung waren top – besser geht es eigentlich nicht! 😊 Ich war bereits im Februar mit meinem Freund in dieser Unterkunft und war damals schon so begeistert, dass ich jetzt im August noch einmal mit einer Freundin hier war. Wir haben uns wieder rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Abbiamo alloggiato qui per una settimana e la struttura è carina e funzionale. L'appartamento è piccolino ma non troppo; penso sia decisamente sopra la media di Tokyo per spazio e fa benissimo il suo dovere. Ho apprezzato molto la presenza del phon, del ferro da stiro e di un appendiabiti. Inoltre, nota di merito per lo spazio: la stanza è abbastanza grande da permettere di sistemare comodamente due valigie e due borsoni grandi. Ci è piaciuta tantissimo anche l'aria condizionata, che è molto efficiente. La posizione è ottima: l'alloggio è abbastanza vicino al centro di Tokyo, a due fermate della metro, e la stazione dista meno di 10 minuti a piedi dalla casa. Si trova in un quartiere universitario fantastico, con tantissime opportunità sia per mangiare sia per fare acquisti. Nel complesso, è un alloggio consigliatissimo!

Per chi prenota con l'idea di cucinare spesso — magari per necessità specifiche come le mie, dato che soffro di IBS — la dotazione attuale è un po' limitata: mancano utensili essenziali, piatti a sufficienza e una pentola. Inoltre, consigliamo al proprietario di controllare meglio gli utensili tra un soggiorno e l'altro: li abbiamo trovati quasi tutti sporchi, probabilmente lavati male dagli inquilini precedenti, e abbiamo dovuto lavarli prima dell'uso. Infine, un dettaglio importante sulla struttura: il nostro appartamento si trovava al quarto piano senza ascensore. Avendo con noi diversi bagagli pesanti, è stato abbastanza complicato salire le scale. Per questo motivo, non lo consiglio a persone anziane o con problemi di mobilità.
