Facilities were not up to the expected level. The instant geyser did not work. No Tea saches etc were made avilable though a Electric Kettle was provided.Overall the property seems to be in a state of decay.
Upkeep of the room could have been better.

I liked the style of the room and the proximity to the beach.
The property was directly behind a nightclub that was very loud and could be felt and herd in the room till 4am also the dirty mud that came through the floor every time you stepped on it in the bathroom.
