Cleanliness. The place was very clean and beautifully decorated.

Staff are all IMMACULATE and the service is EXCEPTIONAL!!

It was modern, neat and refined luxury. Small attention to details were appreciated - like washing / tumble drier combo. Staff were pleasant and attentive. Overall we appreciated paying more for such service/ accommodation.

Excellent design

I loved the property, the problem is many of the requests i made were not executed, I’m very disappointed by that. It was my wife’s birthday- i asked that they do something nice for her, despite them agreeing that they would they didn’t, i had to ask the restaurant where we had breakfast to do that. I told them my check out time but no one came to pick us up to collect our bags They didn’t give us a gate exit card/code, we found out at the gate that we needed one We wanted to go to the lagoon only to be told that because we checked out already we cant be allowed in, when in-fact it was part of the steyn city tour and we could’ve been dropped off there, imagine! They forgot about the tour i booked, i had to remind them about it, they then booked it for 11h30 only for them to change it to 12h00 without any communication, total disregard for my time, total disrespect and not a single apology came from them, the only nice thing was the tour guys and the place itself, the service was very poor because of the things i mentioned above
