Good value for money. Clean and tidy, everything we needed for 2 nights.
Paid £60 directly to add a 4th person to the booking. It looks like the agent forgot to tell the owners,so the 4th bed wasn't made up. I was told very late on with the code to the bedding cupboard but didn't see it until the next day. A very uncomfortable night for our friend.

House nicely decorated inside. Quiet location
The property was on a council estate, not a very pleasant looking area which was not advertised. Dining table only big enough for 4 people yet the house sleeps 6! Main bedroom has no proper furniture, no dressing table or chest of drawers to put personal belongings. We could not get the central heating or oven to work. Tried ringing the contact number twice & somebody hung up, also emailed & had no response at all. Very poor!
