Great location, easy to access, beautifully furnished and clean.

Up 3 flights of winding stairs with no lift. This was ok for us but anyone with mobility issues need to be aware.

Location is fantastic! It's in the Jewish quarter so Plac Nowy & Schindler's List Passage just round the corner plus plenty of places for food & drink nearby. The old town & Wawel Castle are all within walking distance. Facilities were good. Room was cosy with comfy chairs and a big tv. Quiet at night.

There was nowhere to put our clothes - a wardrobe or drawers would have been useful as it was very small. Also no ventilation in the shower/toilet. The 3 flights of stairs are a killer but good for keeping fit!

Apartment 20 (3rd floor) was very nice - cozy, very modern looking, well furnished and convenient. Spotless clean. Big LCD smart TV, air-conditioning and a pretty second floor with the double bed. WiFi 6 with perfect range, limited to 53/53 Mbit up/down. Sheets, towels - all perfect. There is iron, washing machine, Nespresso capsule maker - excellent! Building is old, no elevator - keep this in mind. Location is near perfect - very close to Wawel hill and in the hearth of Kazimierz. It is very quiet at night. Mattresses are VERY VERY soft - but still very comfortable, no issues for 3 nights. All check-in details were provided in advance by the management company.

A bit overpriced for early check-in/late check-out - 60 PLN/hour. Of course it is not mandatory to use this service at all.

Nice apt, great location....but avoid if you need to work remotely

Internet went down Friday morning, support was terrible and it was still not restored when I checked out Sunday. They outsourced to a 3rd party, when I messaged that the internet was down they replied in 20 min asking if I saw a Router I could reset (there is no router available, they had no idea). I then never heard back.
