The location is perfect, right on the front easy to access the beach and the town. The flat is very spacious with three bedrooms a large living room and kitchen. The flat is really well equipped, absolutely everything we needed and more.

Self catering in the UK is pricey but the location and quality of St Kitts is high. Dog cleaning charge of £25 per night is a bit high, not sure why it's per night. We were very pleased to have our doggie with us though.

The location of the property was the biggest selling point, the bonus being that the apartment was furnished to a high standard with attention to detail, every room was tastefully furnished. The kitchen was well stocked with pots pans crockery and cutlery. I would recommend this little gem to any one, it was well stocked for a family to stay there with plenty of games and jigsaws.

The only mini gripe is that my phone signal was poor and I wasn’t even able to connect to 4G.

The location was ideal. Watching the sunrise each morning. Perfect.

Modern and very comfortable. Lovely lounge with plentiful sofas. Fabulous view across the road to the sea. All the facilities we needed. Great access to all seaside facilities. A short climb up to town but you cant have it both ways! Free parking roadside but this will not always be available at busier times of year. For us it was perfect; directly opposite the front door!
