Pineapple Beach Club Antigua - Adults Only – All Inclusive

The property, people, beach and room at Pinapple Beach Club were excellent The issue was the food, the Restaurants were either closed?, or booked up, so we had to eat at the buffet every day which was OK for breakfast, but this was our 40th wedding anniversary. We did get a reservation at the Ochrid steak restuarant but had to pay an additional $100 to eat there and the Lobster was rubbery and cold It would have been nice to have pool and beach side drink service as well. It seemed the resort was under staffed and did not have enough people or they would rather you eat at the buffet to save them money The rooms, grounds and beach were fantastic so our only issue was getting a reservation at more than one restaurant during our stay to get the true upscale resort experience Curt and Beverly Bragg

Very quite beautiful setting that was well maintained. Staff were great to work with and the food was well prepared and tasty. With several options of food and restaurants it met everyone’s tastes. The check in/out was very easy. It was a good week.

Beautiful beach!

A friend recommended this place. It was very beautiful and secluded. The resort never felt crowded. There was only one day we couldn’t find a pool chair but everyone was at the pools due to the seagrass build up on the beach. I’d imagine there’s never issues otherwise. The staff was either very friendly and personal, or standoffish and didn’t seem to want to be there. Reception and guest services were the nicest and most helpful people for everything. The ladies at the cafe were great as well especially with how busy it gets there. 3 stars because half the staff seemed annoyed to be there, and my group wasn’t obnoxious or needy but they made it seem like we were bothering them. The pools are only open 9am-6pm. That restriction didn’t sound bad but once there it was a bit of a bummer. Bars don’t open until 10am. The pelican grill was hit or miss if you’d get a friendly staff member and the hours were confusing because they closed at 6pm according to posted signs. But they stayed open later and served pizza which was something we stumbled on the last 2 nights we were there. Entertainment was nice and I appreciated it didn’t go on super late. Food choices were great but you have to make reservations the day you check in otherwise you’ll be SOL. We didn’t get to eat at the pineapple grill or Italian restaurant because of this. Resort is easy to get around and spacious enough. Beach was beautiful. Seagrass was bad but that’s not PBC fault, workers worked hard to clear daily.
