Great facilities, the kids loved it. Only minor issue with the kids club, could use some more engaged staff.

Very nice, big and clean hotel. Wonderful staff and very service-minded.
1 week is enough, although very nice hotel, I was glad I could leave it again and see something different. To be honest, that’s the same experience I have with most all-inclusive.
The all-inclusive menu could be a little bit more exciting, and for some reason, the juices are way too strong (need 4 times as much water, but they checked it, and it should be ok, according to Greece standards). Coffee is just boring.
Couple of things that could be improved: keep the “children” swimming pools open a bit longer, accidents do happen in children pools - clean it straight away, too long lines for drinks and ice-cream.
