Grand Palladium Select Bávaro - All Inclusive

Absolutely loved the resort minus the food. Very clean, and lots to do. Golf carts to get rides since it’s so big. So many areas to check out and a lot for families. Private boat for a large group was amazing and had a photographer who took amazing family photos for us. Rooms are beautiful and well kept. Water, drinks and snacks in the room were restocked everyday as well as clean sheets and blankets. Got the rooftop jacuzzi room and loved it. Resort is beautiful and very well maintained. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the food wasn’t as good as expected considering how well it’s rated. That goes for the buffet and the restaurants unfortunately. All food was mediocre.

Raul, my butler, was absolutely excellent. Every time I needed anything, he was there right away. Whether it was making dinner reservations, arranging transportation, or taking care of any request I had, he handled everything quickly and professionally. He was always friendly, attentive, and made sure I never had to worry about a thing. His outstanding service truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Corina, my wedding planner, was simply amazing. She did an outstanding job making sure every detail of our wedding was perfect. She was organized, caring, and always available to answer our questions and ease any concerns. She made the entire planning process stress-free, and our wedding day turned out even better than we had imagined. Both Raul and Corina went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. We are incredibly grateful for everything they did and highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional service.

Walquidia and Yina are back awesome stay

Our stay was great! It is a large property which takes some getting used to but we felt it was good for our week long stay. We did have Rafael, our e-butler, help with a few reservations for dinner, which was so nice because the dinners were a highlight of our stay for sure! With Family Select you do get to visit all of the resorts on site which we did - I recommend this because I liked the variety and having the privilege of visiting the exclusive amenities and food options. Our room was spacious and well appointed. There were some loud neighbors a few nights but it wasn’t too bad - my family slept well. My biggest complaint would be the e-menus weren’t always correct so ordering was often met with ‘we don’t have that’ even though it was on the menu. We worked around it and even my sorta picky kids found things to eat everywhere we went. Overall a really nice vacation!
