Loved the house and neighborhood! Great vibes. Little noisy and hard to find parking when there are things going on, but other than that, it was fabulous!

The property was in a good location for Jazz Fest, as we were about 1.3 miles away and able to walk, and similar distance to Frenchman St. and we walked back very late one night without concern. It was clean and in pretty good condition. There was only one large shampoo bottle for two bathrooms so that was a little odd, but easily fixable. The neighborhood was urban residential and actually surprisingly quiet given the proximity to the highway, which did provide good access. There’s a great coffee place a couple blocks away. Overall, it suited our needs for jazz fest weekend.
