Owners take care of the property, pool was clean, new lounge chairs and tables at the pool area. Gas grill was available. Room was clean and odor free, air conditioner worked properly. Over all great location and accommodations for a weekend stay. Close to the boardwalk, you don't have to pay for parking while visiting Lauderdale by the sea restaurants and shops. Also available were beach chairs and umbrellas free to use saving rental fees. We would recommend as it was a great value for the price.

All the stars. So clean, so cute. We had a 1BR suite on the ground floor, just steps from the pool. It was hot-hot-hot in South Florida and the AC worked great. This is the perfect location, a block from the beach and a block from the square. We can't wait to get back to the Sea Spray Inn!
