Clean and functional.

The second bedroom’s bed was very uncomfortable….my friend had to lay on pillows to get comfortable. It felt like the springs were poking her.
The flat was very clean and I thought well equipped. But no teapot!!!
Good location to the tube (10 min)….and a Tesco and a Waitrose just downstairs…

The property was fabulous. Exactly as advertised and the office staff and cleaning staff were all great to deal with. Would highly recommend and would absolutely use again when visiting London.

Great apartment that was very spacious.
Great appliances including washer dryer and excellent kitchen. No aircon but fans available that worked well during the extreme heat.
Checkin was a bit complicated because hotels.com does not allow direct emails.
Stayed for 2 weeks and made a big difference to the stay. Local supermarkets just downstairs.
