This is a clean quiet boutique hotel in a very busy area. It gets a little noisy outside at times but that’s to be expected. The room itself was updated and nicely decorated. The beach and everything else are close by. The front desk people are friendly and helpful. Recommend!

This was my 2nd stay at B&B Patong Beach House. It's not a luxury resort, but it's very good value for money. The location is good, being about 200m from the beach and an easy walk to many restaurants and bars. My room had been recently renovated, was spotless when I arrived, and was cleaned every day. The staff are all very helpful and efficient. The front desk arranged for my laundry to be taken care of, and booked me a taxi to get to the airport at the end of my stay. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Patong.
