Very friendly family run hotel where nothing is too much trouble. Good continental breakfast. Room & en-suite was spotless.

Jerry and his daughter, Olga, are the consummate hosts! Personable and knowledgeable, they were the BEST! The property is extremely well maintained and so clean. The location is a short walk to the city center. We loved staying at Dergvale, and would stay there again!

It’s like staying with a favourite uncle, we were received like family. Father, daughter team are so nice, helpful, friendly, we really enjoyed our stay in their atmospheric Victorian hotel.
