Hotel HSM Golden Playa

Front staff and restaurant staff were amazing and very helpful.

Outstanding hotel with a wonderful pool and sea view. Also the staff at the front desk and main dining lounge were caring and extremely helpful. The buffets were amazing with high quality products. Unfortunately it does not provide reserved parking and secure parking and we have to park on the main street. In my case marks we made on my rental car and upon returning car I was charged for damages. Also outside the main building, smoking is onmipresent around the pool and on balconies. It is really hard to fully enjoy the wonderful surroundings. A designated smoking area should be provided away from the common grounds. It is an international standard in most continents.

Lovely hotel but very German orientated. The bed was very comfortable with nice memory foam mattress. Everywhere was clean and the hotel smelt lovely. The spa area was a godsend as the weather wasn't great. Easy beach access via a few steps. Or wheelchair access from the other side. Central location to walk to both Ca'n Pastilla and El Arenal or get the little tourist train. Breakfast was good, with a fantastic selection of food to chose from. Staff were all lovely and very attentive. Quiet at night. Pool and terris area is very nice, with a good selection of sun loungers. The Balinese beds are so comfortable but you need to get there early to grab one. They are free but can be reserved within a package. My only complaint is that the reserved signs were put on 3 of the Balinese beds 2 days in a row but they were never used. Overall I would recommend this hotel. Very enjoyable stay.

Nice and clean rooms, helpful staff, and plus for bike parking on the basement. Very nice hotel if you are going for an active vacation cycling.
