Located in Gainesville, this welcoming cottage lets you experience it all. Jump into your car and make short work of the 19-minute drive to Lake Ray Roberts or the 22-minute drive to Gainesville War Memorial (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime).

Once you get back, you can enjoy your surroundings with the BBQ grill and outdoor pool. As for the great indoors, you can try your hand at table tennis, or enjoy the free WiFi, TV, and video-game console.

As you settle into this 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom rental, you'll find a living room, a fireplace, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan. Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a dishwasher, as well as a microwave, cookware, and a blender. And because there's a washing machine, you can go a bit lighter on your packing.

Families will appreciate the free crib and highchair at this property. There are also games for the kids to enjoy, as well as books to help inspire their day.
