Sarah and Andy were wonderful hosts. On our arrival, they made my husband and I very welcome. Our room was very clean and cozy. Sarah's cooked breakfast was consistent and good. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We felt like it was a home from home experience. I would definitely recommend the Grove Side Guest House. We'll definitely stay there again.

Andy & Sarah are very welcoming and you feel you have known them a long time. Our room was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was relaxed and food very good. We would have no hesitation to use them again.

We would definitely recommend the Groveside. Hosts friendly and helpful. Everything was to a high standard...cleanliness, breakfast. 5 minute walk to the shops and sea-front. Free parking on site. Intimate garden with tables and chairs. Buses go to lots of local places including Exeter and Lyme Regis. Local pubthe Swan , good food and ambiance. If you can get to Topsham, there's a restaurant called The Galley which we would highly recommend.
