Room 3509 is very worn, stains & worn carpet pretty much everywhere, marks on the doors floors walls, every towel rack is about to fall off, the front door whistle a lot if the windows open if it stays open, the pipes in the tv wall chatters all night the ac barely works, fan speed stuck on auto how ever, view is awesome, check in was ez, pick up key from Asian shop across from woolies, outdoor heated pool is sick, we had a good stay, location is ok, room just needs a big make over & would be excellent. Get a feed at Rozas if ur in southbank
