Staff are all accommodating. The room is clean and the AC is also good. A lot of shops nearby. The breakfast buffet is OK and you can order ala carte menu for free.
The downside:
Outside floor of the restaurant is dirty. Upon reaching the 8th floor and upon reaching the restaurant door, you can see right away that the floor is dirty.

It's not fancy, but it's very clean, very comfortable (excellent bed), well located and the staff is great. Ivy, Ling and their colleagues in the Reception are very nice, knowledeable, and they are always smilling.
