Our stay here for the week was really great, exceptional greeting and service from the staff from the moment we arrived, very attentive.
The rooms were very clean and cleaned daily (apart from the weekend) It had everything we needed for our stay.. we didn't need the cooking facilities but the washing machine was very handy (you do need to byo detergent though) Close walk to the Somerset train station, food and many shopping centres.. also a very handy little supermarket just underneath. Daily breakfast was great too.
Just a note there is no access to Netflix on the TV.. but, a perfect place to stay.

Had a smaller studio apartment this time as only one person but it was perfect and had all the features- microwave, hob, kettle, washing machine etc required for a great stay. Good breakfast in the larger improved restaurant- this was 11 or 12 stay.
Great location and friendly staff at a great price.
