Breakfast starts from 7am, but person in charge of kitchen came late when I was stayed in the hotel 2nd times, I had to wait for about half an hour to have my breakfast. It was unusual happening in Japan.
I was a bit surprised about that.
Besides the kitchen open late, others were good as before.

Location is great. Right in the heart of the city and next to the massive shopping streets. The public bath on the top floor is great!
