Very roomy and extremely close to all Broadbeach facilities (supermarket, eateries etc). Only one minor complaint--there was a ventilation unit in operation 24 hours which was audible everywhere in the apartment. It wasn't very loud but enough for me to put in earplugs to sleep.

Close to shops and trams. Had to purchase coffee/tea as advised on entry paper they will not restock. Same applies to bathroom soaps (only 2 tiny bars).

This is a well located property in the centre of Broadbeach. The one bedroom apartment was well configured and the amenities of the complex were excellent.
