Everything was great ! Great service, the breakfast was various and very good

Discovery Apartment Estrela was a lovely place to stay in Lisbon. We arrived late and arranged with the owner transfer from the airport for only €15. We were met at the apartment by Sandra, who made us feel very welcome and was most helpful about answering questions about the area. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. It was great to have use of a kitchen that was well equipped with a cooker with hobs, oven, pod express maker, good sized fridge, microwave and kitchen utensils. The apartment is situated close to a tram/bus stop and the Metro is about a 20 minute walk (or a tram ride). Nearby there are some very good cheap restaurants and excellent mid-price ones (check on trip advisor). The 28E tram goes from outside Basiica da Estrela sometimes is very busy going into town, if so take the tram in the opposite direction and go to the end of the line to catch one back in. You’ll get a seat this way and be able to do the journey in comfort. There is also a cemetery at the terminus stop that’s worth a visit both for itself and the amazing view of the river and bridge.
