Beach view was great. All inclusive was great and food was excellent

The time spent on line waiting to check-in, was too long due to limited front desk staff. They can do way better than that, especially during peak hours.
Also the options are very limited for places to have dinner… they need more options and at least should open the buffet venue for dinner every night.

Loved the location. Very friendly staff.
Drinks included in the “all inclusive” need to add canned beer. Not everyone is a fan of draft beer.
Beach and pool were beautiful

The amenities were great! The food was mediocre. There were not many choices. The breakfast was best. The beach was gorgeous! The rooms were clean but very outdated and old. I asked for extra towels in my room as I was staying with 4 of us and was told no they couldn’t give me extra. I found that to be in bad taste. The sunset was the most beautiful I’ve ever seen.
