Additionally, borough road services may take hours to plow the roads in the area. Snow services will not commence until the end of snowfall. We recommend either backing down the driveway or parking in the "culdesac" at the top of the hill if you have to leave the property before snow services can arrive - NOTE: A local fire restriction can be put in place at various times, out of the owner's control. During a fire restriction, guests will not be able to use the outdoor fire pit - NOTE: Wildlife, including moose, may be present on the property. Please exercise caution and do not engage with the animals - NOTE: Your safety matters. The property features 3 exterior security cameras: camera 1 is located on the front of the property facing down the driveway, camera 2 is located on the back of the property facing the woods/backyard, and camera 3 is a doorbell camera on the front door facing the front entry. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras will be off during guest stays
